Pghsnow
Saw a nice 3/4 inch bump here. Not sure if these take into account ratios?

I believe they do take ratios into account....In my case, it gives me a mean snowfall of 1.95 inches. When looking at QPF, it is a mean of .14 inches liquid equivalent. 1
