The GFS toys with the idea of some front end snow for the GLs/OV but either way there should be widespread snow showers on the backside of the storm, hence the OV tag

24 hours gaps don't do justice to how big this storm is so there is a little overlap here

also, why can you copy paste pivotal images anymore? 😄 works for TT but stopped for pivotal, having to do the old school save and attach

it doesnt start off the way, I would be curious to see what happens if it flatten outs quicker...it might just due quicker, like it did here

It's been an absolute joy to watch the evolution of this system in model guidance. I'm extremely interested in how this one plays out imby and the implications in my CWA.

As Spock would say…fascinating.

What was once a mid-week post warm front fishing trip might need to be moved up to earlier in week.

Anyway, it good to see the snow chances increasing and the boards getting active!!

00z GFS still has the fizzling storm look to it. Interested to see if the euro/CMC go that way too or if the GFS is off.
