How to search for a post

I'm trying to find a post of mine asking a question on wind and models.  Can't seem to find a way to search my posts only.  I get everyone's posts coming up with wind and models.

I'm not aware of any built in methods to refine search to that degree. I think invision uses a very simple indexing system.

That said, if the post you seek is publicly available you could try to find it via google using the search prefix:  site:wxsphere.com (and then add your search terms e.g. like this).

 

There might be third party solutions for the forum itself but we have not investigated them to this point.

How about this...

Using the Search box in the top right of the home screen, type in "wind" or whatever (can use more than one word). From the pull down, you can pick "everywhere" here or "all content" on the next screen as shown below.   Then put your name in under "search by author".

You might have to hit the "+More search options" button.
