With the ground already saturated from melting snow and the rain from this past Thursday, I suspect there will be some decent flood probabilities around the area. I had a random thunderstorm at about maybe 3 am and I looked at the radar then saw the flood watch and I was like 1-2 more inches of rain. I can recall a few February's in the past 10 years where we’ve gotten a lot of rain and the Ohio River flooded.
