NHC has upgraded the area of disturbed weather in the W Caribbean to PTC 15.  Currently it has a broad circulation with an s in the middle. It appears that it will form into a storm if it has enough time.  Another case that depends on where the center forms.  Nothing to show on the models because the hurricane models don't have it analyzed yet. GFS has it onshore tomorrow morning as a 40kt storm.
